We also have worldwide partners to repair the component with very limited TAT and cost effective. Our rotable support covers the following three processes CCM, CRM and CWM.

1. COMPONENT CONSIGNEMENT MANAGEMENT (CCM) :

DANAEROSPARE provides a complete Component Consignment Management of the surplus stock and ensures the sales and logistics support to their customers.DANAEROSPARE can interact and sell the stock thanks to the global established network. DANAEROSPARE has an optima available storage area near Paris region to stock & distribute with 24 hrs the rotable and logistics management. We provide customized cloud ERP solutions for the follow up to the consignment stock management.

2. COMPONENT REPAIR MANAGEMENT (CRM) :

To optimize the sale conditions, we monitor the repair proces by sending the parts to EASA 145 or FAA approved repair stations to obtain the recertification for dual release. We can get the component bench tested, repaired or overhauled according to customer’s request..

3. COMPONENT WARRANTY MANAGEMENT (CWM) :

DANAEROSPARE ensures the warranty conditions proposed by the repair station. We can follow the full manufacturer warranty conditions not only for the components installed on the new aircraft, but also the for the new aircraft delivered to the leasing or airline company. We do have a good experience in handling this management and make the claims for reimbursement through proper channels.
